Our Breakfast-Service
We place great importance on high-quality, flawless products. That is why we source all our products from the region whenever possible.
Eggs, dairy and cheese products come from our regional suppliers, including the Ettaler Schaukäserei. Sausage and meat products are sourced from Metzgerei Gerold, and baked goods from local bakeries.
Fresh bread rolls are available daily for breakfast and are not included in the price.

- 150 g cheese from Ettaler cheese dairy

- 250g of homemade jam / honey
- 1 liter of apple juice (Unser Land)

- 1 Piccolo (Prosecco)
- 1 small bottle of homemade elderflower syrup
- 150 g ham selection (raw and cooked)
- 150 g brie
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 10 coffee capsules for our Nespresso capsule machine
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 kinds of homemade jam, honey
- 125 g butter
- 4 eggs
- fruit basket
